The products in our assortments are carefully selected from approved suppliers and are monitored throughout the year with quality audits.

Our production workshops craft fresh products daily, delivered to our establishments. We are extremely vigilant about the quality of raw materials used to create our product ranges. We use high-quality ingredients and adhere to all the standards of artisanal bakery and pastry-making. We also comply with all legal requirements related to the food industry for our products.

 

The garantee of food safety 

The traceability of our products is ensured from production to sale, guaranteeing food safety throughout the supply chain and the freshness of our products.

All of our products have technical data sheets available in-store to provide the best information to our customers regarding the presence of allergens (gluten, milk, eggs, etc.) and other ingredients (sugar, pork, gelatin, alcohol, etc.).

Each point chaud establishment follows a quality charter, which includes both the group's requirements and the applicable sectoral quality guidelines.

Regular quality audits are carried out at our point of sales to ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards. These audits are conducted by the group's internal quality service and also by an external provider.

These external audits provide certification guaranteeing the food safety of the point of sale (active in the food supply chain). Currently, all of our stores hold this certification, known as the "Smiley" certification.
